We’ve been waiting on the shuriken. It’s been in the game since City Hunter. Most concept art even depicts the AVP spear.
As to why the Falcon never made it? My assumption is that it functioned a little too much like the disk (a line even mentions the disk as a “drone”) and would get stuck in trees on its way back to Predator. And from here meant you had to be fairly close to avoid that kind of defeating the purpose of using it.

In case you haven’t noticed, devs have all but abandoned this game. The update was garbage, as have been the last 3 or 4.
