New Ranking System

So I think there should be a new ranking system that could be added for both Predator and Fireteam.
It would work similarly like a Prestige system. Once you reach level 100, your Predator rank resets to ‘Unblooded’, and your Fireteam rank would be ‘Private’.
From then on any and all XP you earn will go towards your new rank, and with each rank you earn either a new badge/ outfit for Fireteam and new trophy/ armor to display for Predator.
The ranks could go something like this:

Predator:
Unblooded
Young Blood
Warrior
Elite
Veteran
Elder

Fireteam:
Private
Private First Class
Corporal
Sergeant
Sergeant First Class
Sergeant Major

With Predator you could also have certain acts that are punishable and you become temporarily marked as a ‘Bad Blood’ and you could be locked out of using certain weapons or your cloak doesn’t work or you have some sort of debuff.

Perhaps if there’s only one FT member left you can challenge them to an honourable 1v1 and if you win you get bonus XP.

Just think something like this would give the game a bit more replay value and give people who have already reached max level something more to work towards.

yeah id be down with something like that, or even just something simple like career stats.

Iv mostly being using the Predator caste to convey to my friends what kind of Pred player we are against. If he is obviously new or just terrible I just call them the unblooded. Knows what he is doing and is decent? Blooded. Really knows what their doing and is definitely a good player. Either Elder or “Oh shit guys this lad knows his stuff gonna be interesting one”.

For your honor system I think it is already kind of in place with the Vertitanium gain for Predator but it is not exactly explained how to increase your yield of this. If anyone has a guide on how to get lots of Vertitanium as Predator it would be very helpful. I struggle to get anything more than 200 but one time I did get 2000 and I have no idea what I did.

If they had a ranking system to grade how well you play and match you up with players of equal skill, then My only change would be to make the human ranks Marine Corp ranks…
The reason is because the human soldiers in the movies Aliens & Alien Resurrection, and the AVP Games/comics are always called Colonial Marines, so Marine Corp Ranks would be a nice nod to that…
