I get it, but they can just admit that it threatens our jobs/livelihood instead of going through some arguments if what it means to be creative. If there was a painting for sale and you didn’t know who the author was, it wouldn’t matter if it was AI or human. But I bet they wouldn’t want to pay as much for an AI painting cause supposedly it took seconds to do.

I get you on that. If you look on Twitter, it’s a huge fight between ppl who dont like AI, and those who do.
Its true that there is a push to get AI to do everything so corporations dont have to pay anyone. Which would cause problems.

As far as the art thing goes, people hate ai cause they say it just steals art. Which I kinda see it, but I think as long as ppl are just using the ai for fun, it shouldn’t be a problem.

We have to. Current way for space flight is pretty sheety. To compare, I think oars and raft to traverse while water rafting probably more useful than current ways of space travel. You can actually navigate in real time. Lol. And it the most basic tech for water travel.
