The closest in design it actually looks like is I shit you not, the Enforcer Predatorās Bio Mask from the Bad Blood Comic. Could indeed be that Feral is a Bad Blood and there is an Enforcer hunting him down in the movie. Iāll put the pic below.
For context, this is a convention event for an After Party where they allow access to it if you manage to get 6 Tokens from Masked Predators wearing Prey merchandise around the convention.
