For shits and giggles decided to do a statistical significance test using data pulled from sex offender registries. The standard thst we will be using comes from dividing the number of pedophiles by the sample size to get a prevalence of 1.09% or 1 in 93. The Christian numbers of roughly 0.9% or 1 in 111 this includes everyone who believes in Christianity being a registered pedophile, not just church leaders. Used a t test with the standard scientific significance value of p=0.05, meaning that there is only a 5% chance or less that the results of my calculations are due to random chance (the percentages will change place to place, however the end result of Christians being the statistical same as the rest of child-interaction heavy professions will remain true).
So with that in mind, letās hear the kiddie diddler defenders try to put the blame on Christians again. To those people, Iām not defending pedos within the church either, they deserve to suffer and die a painful death just as much as the rest, however your generalizations against all Christians and complete ignorance of the other groups highlights either major cognitive dissonance, hate towards Christians, and/or defending chomos.

If you read through my posts, nowhere do I force religion or state that I hate gays or anything like that. I was showing that Christians are not more likely to be pedophiles.
I stared multiple times that my hatred of pedos isnāt limited by whatever they hide behind, be it the church, pride movements, or in a school locker room.

AFAIK they all were made agnostic as per BSA guidelines.
At least it happened in the last 20-30 years because I remember we didnāt have any religion specific things when I went through it as a kid/teen and I was Christian at the time. Somehow managed to get Eagle Scout and Order of the Arrow, which I guess was more religious but it was focused on Native American mythology instead of Christ. Canāt be much more specific as I did take an oath that specified not to tell specifics to the uninitiated, and Iām unfortunately one of those bastards who keeps his word.
Which is why I donāt make promises or oaths anymore, doesnāt sit right with me to have to break my word.
I dunno, I guess if you were in a more traditional area probably would be tied to Christianity, but if we tried that we wouldāve had all BSA funding cut and we had several muslim members.

As far as I can see, they either donāt know what it means to be a Christian or are just blinded by their hate of one specific group that they refuse to acknowledge the reality of pedophilia prevalence. By the actions of a few false followers, they condemn the entire religion. Imagine if you did that but with 9/11 and said all muslims are violent terrorists. Itās simply not true and would result in a lot of hate for genuinely good people. The same applies to Christianity. Or Judaism with those antisemitic conspiracy theories about demon worship and shadow governments. Simply not true and harmful to the vast overwhelming majority of good people trying to follow a religion.
So what do you do if you would hurt a group of genuinely good people by harmfully and wrongly accusing them of being the vast minority? Well, you donāt. You just condemn those specific people who did the bad things.
Why 4 people on here are mentally incapable of understanding this is beyond me.
I aināt Christian myself, havenāt been for a long time, but Iād fight and die for your right to follow Christ and the same goes for any other religion, regardless of what a few false followers did in each religion.
