I purchased the Dutch DLC but didnt hear any of his voices during the game. (it was set to german) .
I switched to english via command line parameter in epic: -language=“en”
Now it works, but game is in english.

Same in Russian version. Looks like there is no voice actors instead english
I get that we might have to wait for the synchros because of COVID, but they could at least play dutch’s english voice, even if your playing in another language. Switching around from english to german on my PS4 for different games is a bit annoying.

I also think that the English language should be activated for Dutch. Illfonic could explain it that the normal soldiers belong to their own nation (German, Spanish, Polish etc.) and Dutch speaks English because he is American :-)

the funny thing is arnnie speaks german fluently.

He is austrian after all.
He does but he has a very heavy Bavarian accent.
That’s why they dub him over there to this day. They’d have to pay his regular dubber(s) for that and that ain’t gonna happen.
No he has an Austrian accent, I speak german with a bavarian accent. Mainly because I lived there for 7 years (married my wife there. Who gave birth to both my children there), and learnt to speak German in Bavaria (Bamberg to be precise).
He also speaks English with an Austrian accent…
(P.S. Austrian accent (comes from Austria (Österreich)), not to be confused with Australian accent (comes from Australia (Australien), where I’m from). There’s no Kangaroos in Austria.
I should probably also point out that my wife (and kids), and her entire family speak German with a Bavarian accent. As did pretty much everyone in the region I lived in… Considering it was Bavaria.
Oh and then there’s dialect, but perhaps this isn’t the right place to get into that.
