It happened 4 times now in Patch 1.09 where I find a OWLF Recording as FireTeam, take it, don’t die, finish the game by either helicopter or killing the Predator,… and no OWLF Recording unlock.
I also think I had just 6 more unlocks to go, and the next day it was 8 again. (not 100% sure on this one)
It seems to be stuck.
