No predator with fire team?

Hey all - I was just curious. In the beta if I queued up with 2-3 of my friends there was still a chance one of us would be predator.

Did they take that out of the game?

The only chance/way for you to be a Predator in such a group is in a private match, otherwise now if you are grouped, none of you will play predator in Quick Play

Ah ok thats what I thought. That kind of sucks. Had a lot of fun in Beta that way.

Oh well.

Sucks big time man. Id love to be able to queue with a team and still have a chance to predator on my friends. A really big turn off to the multiplayer aspect of this. So now I can’t be predator unless I have 4 other friends to play. Atleast for it to be fair. Thats kind of wack

Yeah same - that is one thing I wish I would have known before buying. We usually have a group of 3-4. Kind of sucks if its 2 v 1.

I guess you could argue trolling? But - we encountered a bunch of groups that had friends with predators and it was fine.

You can still predator, even with 1 friend on. But the issue there is your other friend won’t have 3 other fireteam members with him.

Best thing to do is join the discord, go into a party chat etc and look for fillers. Otherwise yeah, stinks that it’s like that but it’s to prevent griefing for teams if you que with like a non-full team

Yeah its all good. Just not the game for us since its not like it was in beta. We are going to refund and stick with other stuff.

The worst thing is that in solo matchmaking you can load into a game and never have anyone play predator. Like wtf is the point of a predator game with no predator?
