Not able to finish matches after winning as Pred

As the title says.
90% of the time when I win as Pred, the moment I kill the last Fireteam the game will not proceed.
I’m stuck on the Map with the AI for a few seconds until I crash to the Menu, getting the prompt:
“Connection to host lost.”

That happens to me on Xbox as well, be careful. Its been causing my system to hard crash like shut down fully because of it
