So I just got a ps5 and gotta say the game does run really good on it, i can now see the difference in the frame drop thing ppl always talked about. Either way it doesn’t hide the obvious fact that the game needs more content and i don’t mean more skins…that’s all

Fully agree. The best of PHG is on PS5, but that’s still not saying much. 😔

Waist of money buying XBOX or PS… PC will always have better…

No shiiit

Waistline.
Just had to say it.
Also console has better feel for some games. I agree if you’re gonna play fps games exclusively, yeah get a pc for sure, but some games are just better on console flat-out.

Ppl who don’t have a ps5 wouldn’t know…I didn’t know until i got one.

Still… the birth of every program, every game, every DLC… was birthed from someone like me putting it together on some PC than distributing it to lower life forms such as XBOX, Nintendo and PS

Lol they aren’t ‘lower life forms’, although if you want to get into the theology of biological machinery I’m more than happy to oblige. They’re literally computer platforms dedicated solely to gaming. Sure, you can’t code Dark Souls with an xbox controller, but you can play it a hell of a lot better.

I’ve came up with the PlayStation and i like some cpu games but with my little knowledge on computers, to seems like youd have to drop a lot of money on a good hard drive that won’t lag or hiccup in really hefty games. Again I got little knowledge of computers so i could be wrong on that but that’s why I’d rather go system since you don’t need a lot of info on hard drives for certain games

a 1060 card will get you by just fine.
1080 is ok with just about all games. it will run fine
If you want a good running, high end graphics… get a 2070
the 3000s are over priced and have some issues.
the 4000s I would not look into them till all 1000s are phased out.

Mem. everyone SHOULD know that you want a PC with a 16GB processor with a 1 TB storage base platform.
An 8GB will crash a lot…

Or you could just get a PS5/Xbox and not have to deal with this kind bullshit, and get more stable games, control and optimization.

Yea i got a laptop and since i wasn’t to knowledgeable on the specs i was trying to play black mesa with a 4g memory and would keep sputtering til i jus said forget it but now at least i know a lil bit on what to look for when getting a comp. or laptop so thanks for the help

It’s actually far cheaper to just build your own lmao
God knows there’s enough parts manufacturers and internet tutorials, the only real problem is deciding which fucking one to buy. They make soo much of basically the same thing with minor differences, and it’s not all compatible with other stuff… also I would really reccomend getting a SSD instead of a hard disk drive, it makes all the difference with startup times.

Or you could do both because you hate yourself and want to waste as much money and time buying computer components and PS4 cloud storage as possible.

I actually have both. I have a PS5, Series X, Switch and an old PC. But I emulate on my Xbox, I barely use my PC except for transferring roms or doing light audio work.

Lol who uses a pc for work?
As I keep saying, both PC and console have various game-dependent and non game-dependent advantages and disadvantages. Just get both lol
Cos you aren’t gonna be able to play anything requiring aim on a console, and trying to play a soulslike in pc is undoubtedly one of the rings of hell.

my job… IT Tech.

and then be seriously limited with my freedom to change files, modify program content, upload anything, or upgrade components?

Yeah no thanks… I will forever go PC from now on till the day I die…

I do…
