There is an very large majority of this “identity” that don’t believe in puberty blockers and surgery. Mainly because it makes their goal even more out of reach than it already is (good luck convincing people to basically castrate their kids because they played with the wrong gendered toy too), so the transgender identity lies in the journey now. Its like different sects of a cult fighting eachother.
Have you ever seen a drag queen argue with someone identifying as a MtF? Incredible insight into the human condition, never gets old. They are ultimately the same thing but one believes they are trying harder so they are validated.

In short… it started as me cheerfully bitching about Disney actually going ahead with their WOKE remake of Predator (they now have a lead role, so the lawsuit did not stop the production)
