SO… we are all aware illfonic on twitter mentioned they are working on new modes and maps and bunch of stuff…

Okay… im curious… would you rather want game modes where its 3 preds hunting fireteam or even better 3 preds vs fireteam vs AI Xenomorphs?

AND im aware they probably dont own the licence but its worth a shot… and we will soon see… what their true plan is for the game…

In all honesty the actual AVP1 the expedition members figured out the symbols in the pyramid that told how predators went in egypt and stuff… or helped build pyramids and used the pyramids as hunting grounds for aliens… so in general hunting grounds = the game title so it means we maybe will see an avp mode… i honestly think it would be cool and immersive… if you dont think that even if you play predator or fireteam that its going to be cool as fuck then idk whats wrong with you… this is not some sassy AVP game rebirth or reborn or reboot… this is in general same mechanics u see in PHG With alien AI And u have 3 preds going at you trying to locate their weapons and kill the queen before she breaks away… and hunts both fireteam and predator…

At this point all I really want is a mode were I can play as the predator against bots. After all this time my wait times for pred is still like 10 minutes everytime and to be honest it’s getting really frustrating. I mainly want to play as the predator but it’s just not worth waiting that long and I’m starting to stay on the game less everytime I log on.

Well 3v12 although awesome wouldn’t really fix the queue times I believe because the ratio would be the same I could be incorrect though.

That and say enough people get frustrated with the game that it loses alot of it’s player base. A year or two down the road if there’s no offline mode and you can’t find a match anymore then the game becomes useless at that point. I don’t see that happening but it’s just another reason they should add it. I just want to play pred without relying on finding a match.

I would also love a really fair mode which involves similar style predators 2010 movie had… where they both land on the planet at the same time and the better party wins… or atleast they thought so ;)

but in general both pred and fireteam wont really know where preds spawn… it would be completely RNG and huge immersive map… preds are however able to send in a drone later in game and their hounds… and study the fireteam…

Logic dictates that if there are predators in the game, they will likely team together. That is a slaughter without cause the way things work in terms of balance. SO unless there is like a weapon limitation, alternative objectives that are mandatory for the predator, or some kind of restriction for kills, then I’m all for it. otherwise, its a deathtrap not worth playing as FT.

For the AVP mode I think it would be better if it was like an infection mode. Were we start out with 3 Preds, 2 Aliens, and 10 humans. Everyone has their own objects.
Preds have to kill the Queen and stop the spread
Aliens have to kill or infect eveyone, wile protecting the Queen
Humans have to survive by any means necessary

But that’s just my thoughts on the mater

How about this. 2 predators, 5-6 FT. But have 2-3 rounds. FT only need to kill preds 1 time but give preds more healing of some sort to balance out. Preds need to kill FT 2-3 times. After 1st wipe the FT respawns etc. Mission could be the same bit when killed it resets or the missions could be longer either way. Thoughts?

Either way it works guys… as long as people dont get to play the aliens/xenomorphs… but rather either like 2-3 face huggers can get triggered by the fault of either predator or fireteam… both yeh… it would be dope mode honestly and it wont hurt anyone really…

As much as I like Aliens as a franchise, it most likely ain’t happening here.

I would rather have any of these.

-“Clan War” Predator PvP:
Altered versions of Hunt Gamemode Maps or new ones entirely. Needs rebalancing for some Predator Weapons but overall a easy concept with the stuff we have now. With the numerous Predators we also have, diverse team competitions could show up for Predator teams much like how FT Teams group up for regular Gameplay.

-Singleplayer:
I admit, I don’t really think a single player/pure story component should be focus of this game right now. Everyone wants a Concrete Jungle 2.0 or something but damned if they do, dammed if they don’t I suppose. If they do end up making it about Story rather than expanded Tutorials with missions, then have it be filled with backstory about FT’s or Predator’s purpose in the Hunting Grounds Event. Fireteam Voodoo is being led by Zeus to take out Stargazer forces and their Guerilla Associates, while Predator wants to destroy any and all traces of Veritanium Fragments as well as eliminate materials pointing to Predator existence such as bodies or tech.

Hunt but more action packed.

No AI anything ever because they need someone with any level of skill working on AI first. AI can’t even navigate angles that aren’t 90 degrees but you want wallclimbing aliens lol
Same goes for people asking for predator dogs.

The coolest thing would be if I could be the xeno or the pred. If I chose xeno FT would be reskinned to colonial Marines with pulse rifles and all the gear on aliens themed maps.
