The patch notes don’t account for the 15gb. That’s graphics, animation, and sound files for the DLC so you can see Dutch in the game.

15gb, not one new map, mode, skin, or anything else in terms of new content outside the paid DLC. Oh yeah, and the ability to pick the female predlocks on the male Pred so…hoo-freakin-ray.

To be fair they didnt promise anything else beyond that. But I understand the frustration.
