By all means enjoy the harvest. Personally I’m just trying to stay sharp enough i don’t embarrass myself playing Pred if/when the skill levels rise

I played Clash these past two days 'cause I’m bored of the Hunt.
Aaaand the amount of zero skills was hilarious.
I even had almost 30 kills in one match and died only once as a Recon sniper with 150 hp
and I can bet that those same players queue up for the Hunt mode.
Don’t get me started when it comes to kids screaming on their mic saying
“I wanna pvay as the Pvedatov” like those little kids in the store screaming at their mom to buy them a toy.
I never said something like “I’m good at this or that” or something close to it. But this game is easy mode only because there are so many clueless players that can’t even aim or use their basic brain functions.

That’s why I had an idea to increase predator damage by 1% for each AI killed. (Maybe other buffs as well, such as sprint speed, total health, and stamina) This gives multiple positive gameplay incentives.

It would decrease the Predator’s incentive to activate alarms and leave, just to grief the Fireteam with AI. The predator would kill all the AI they could.

It would decrease the incentive of the Fireteam to camp roof tops, which would allow the Predator to have time to get too strong. The Fireteam would be pushing the mission and killing as many AI as they can to prevent the predator from getting stronger.

Although the predator is weak to start the match, eventually, every match would end with an intimidating predator, provided the Predator killed about 20 to 30 AI before the Fireteam finishes their mission.

It would lead to a more authentic Predator experience as the Predator would be elusive and killing everything else, before finally ending with an epic battle between the Predator and Fireteam.

Basically the evolve system where you pve for a while until you eclipse the team of 4 I mean it mostly worked there the only down side was that the hunters had nothing to do aside from fight the monster but in this game they’d be rushing the obj I’d probably give the predator a slightly larger bonus for Stealth kill/ PMC claims though otherwise good idea

Pred already has to stop FT from speedrunning objectives. How is he supposed to find AI to kill in that already limited timeframe and hes helping the FT while doing so

This was literally a chore. Phase one monster was the worst thing ever. It was built around 0 interaction with the hunters which made the whole thing redundant. I’d go as far as to say a lot of the repetitive hide and seek bs was responsible for the death of the game. Matches had very very limited outcomes you either lost early or won late bc the tracker was bad and missed their dome. The AI giving stat buffs stopped mattering after everyone memorized spawns.
The AI in PHG just exists as a way to progress the match during downtime. Its not fun or engaging to farm AI in an asymmetrical game.
How many times do you watch the PMC kill animation before the novelty wears off? I’d rather shitpost on forums and wait for FT to get bored and leave the roof instead of farming AI like its an MMO

Yeah, what is going on?! Loads of potatoes and young kids at the moment. I’m encountering the odd good single player, but haven’t faced what I’d call a decent squad in a while now.
…Now I’ve said that the next time I play I’ll no doubt end up facing a team of Dante Field Medics on Excavation.

“Forknight” transfers most likely. I swear I barely ran into any kids with mics for the last 6 months. Then Pred hit the “game that shall not be named” and BOOM! Now I run across at least 2 every day that I play.
Yep. I’m not going to complain too much. It’s nice to be able to play in a more relaxed pace and play around with them a bit. I’m sure I’ll come up against a proper squad again in the not too distant future and I’ll be back to sweating as I furiously try to wrestle the controls and not get my ass melted.
