I just had my teammate keep failing the bomb changing the symbol constantly keeping me from disarming it was it him or some sort of rare thing or a bug cause I’m pissed and I wanna know what the heck happened

It happens very occasionally. I think its a bug. But last time it happened to me, I was downed by the AI, then it happened.
apparently this is a bug. press esc and retry supposely fixes it.
