PC players using low graphics settings vs PS4 have a hugely unfair advantage. This is the reason people complain about spotting because even when the Predator is fully behind cover on their screen, PC players using low graphics can see them plainly out in the open because of the reduced number of trees, and bushes shown.
Long term this will hurt the game as most people will turn off cross play unless this is fixed.
I agree Medium should be the new Low.

Derailed is the only really bad for Low settings.
Im a pc player and I play on mostly low/medium graphics. And I can tell you man. Its not the graphics entirely. All day yesterday I was having moments where suddenly the entire jungle would be empty of trees. It was super weird and ofc I could see pred. But it fucked me too because I was walking into shit and couldnt spot pred anyways.
So I think in trying to optimize the game, the devs messed with the pop in of objects such as trees and fucked up a bit
