Yeah. Predator is just… sad. He can stand there, completely invisible, be perfectly fine, and then all of the sudden you hear that “feared by all” clicking noise. Bing bang boom, you just lost, and it wasn’t even your fault. FT can look at you, and their freaking EYES do a crap ton of damage.

I’m a predator main but I don’t think pred is op and I also don’t think ft is op either, I don’t think it’s really one sided imo. Both sides have some gimmicks yeah like ft knife and pred combi throw but it really comes down to skill really when you have a game of good ft mains and a good pred main going at it too. Both sides ya gotta be strategic to achieve the dub 👌🏻

Take level 1 players and put them on a match… who do you think is going to win? FT? … yeah right.
When I started playing this game it took me nearly 50 matches with randoms to actually win a match as FT.
Now, I don’t think neither FT or Pred is OP, but that is my opinion now at level 150. For people starting the game and playing with other players of their same level… yeah… Pred is gonna be OP.
And you know what? That’s how is supposed to be. The game is based on TEAM WORK. If a team cannot work together, they are going to die. Period.

this is how i see it though,
As you approach the skill ceiling, FT absolutely has the better capabilities and match control. And I still think parrying an 8ft uber space monster and fucking staggering it with a knife is totally bonkers
yeah, parry is broke.
“ah yes, i will now parry a three foot, double sided spear with a six inch combat knife”
“totally wont fling my wrist backwards and break my hand”
So why no option or perspective of hybrids?
The ones who play equal amounts of both and and get decent results on both sides?
Cause I started out as a pred main.
But for I wanna say 2 months, if not a month and a half, I’ve played more ft than pred.
And until I started playing ft, I didn’t consider them op, I just thought the were strong.
This was my viewpoint as a pred main, that ft wasnt op.
But then as I played them, i saw how much of an easy joke it was to play ft.
I’m tired of the game being split into either ft main or pred main.
I feel only hybrids have the actual best feel for the game as a whole.
An ft main cant say pred is op without actually playing him, cause theyl never know exactly what pred has to go through.
And pred main cant say ft is op, cause they wont know what the ft has to go through.
If you havent experienced or analyzed both fully through game play, how can your opinion be more analytical and not fully biased?
I realize there will always be some bias, but I feel playing both gives better feedback.
At least in this game.
All of that said, I dont think it’s so much ft is op as a whole, just a few of the guns feel like they do unreasonable damage, in a 1v4 type of game.

So you expect a Pred to just go in kill everything and leave, because that’s what would happen without parry, no one would be Fireteam at all. It’s a PvP game, so it needs mechanics like that in the game.

you need an option called if i was on FT and fought with the skill level of myself as predator who would win.
