Content it’s irrelevant if performance continuously hinders your experience (drop on Framerates abruptly ridiculous) specially when there is a lot of action happening at the same time.
May help lowing Res. Though still affects considerably whole gameplay experience

Agreed, Frames need improvement as well as the ability to remove film grain and motion blur related effects. Itd help the game run smoother and improve QOL

Im fairly certain they can. The game isnt nearly graphically intensive enough to justify the performance issues, so Optimization is really the issue, rather than the graphics just being so overbearing that you wouldnt get it good either way.

As I said in another post the best chance of it being able to go through efficiently is if the game does well enough to be ported to the PS5 most likely. But QOL updates are always crucial for a live service game as they are expected to have at least a 5 year lifespan minimum.
Pretty much that’s the sum up of the situation yeah.
