Hi. I have a bug where I’ve only unlocked ONE OWLF tape. And THE SAME TAPE unlocks EVERY match. How can this be fixed? Thanks.

Easy, bro. I’ll help you. First, you’ll want to grab yourself one of these:
Then, take your PHG disc or hard drive, whatever you use to play it, and do this:
Your problem, and all future problems with the game, will be solved.
Make a game with a buddy and find the tape, then you both pick up the tape and you kill him.
If it hasn’t been fixed yet, he should drop a new tape every time you take one off his corpse, until you have all and properly finish the match.
I did this, but it was over a year ago, so no idea if it still works, but it might bypass your problem.
