OWLF Improvements

The OWLF is my favorite class, but has the least customization available.
I think to improve that, we could add some things;

-Visor and/or mask colors
-Voice type (normally the Face is what determines the voice, being unavailble removes this option)
This would take more effort, but;
-Body type (female OWLF)

OWLF should have it’s own chopper to extract anywhere in the map and also be able to call his colleagues to freeze the Predator with nitrogen.
