OWLF recording glitch?

Just picked up an OWLF recording as fireteam and survived the game.

I went to my extras and the only one unlocked is the same one I had before which was tape 11 - AGENT KEYES - DUTCH AND TEAM DISPATCHED

Is this a bug or can you pick up duplicate recordings?

maybe it’s a new bug introduced with the dutch tapes?

Sounds like a bug because you definitely don’t get dupes. It will always look for one you haven’t unlocked and randomly pick a slot to fill.
