I have now confirmed 100% that after 1.06 patch pred is no longer abel to collect OWLF tapes - after picking one up, it will show on the right hand side of the screen as stored in your inventory slot, and then after a moment it will disappear. After match end it will not be added to your collected tapes.
edit : just picked up another recording in online match. It disappeard from my screen after few moments, however it was accounted at the end of game. Ther is definatly a bug with those recordings
