This will likely be my only sole negative feedback without some CC. Needing to exfil to keep owlf tapes is a bad idea. They spawn so rarely as is, but the fact they drop if you die means that if you don’t pick them back up, you’re screwed.

Do they just give a lot of veritanium? I have grabbed them a good few times but have not seen what they actually give?
I got them all. It’s annoying but also a nice reward. If the Predator found one and you kill him, he’s going to drop it. Maybe it’s the same the other way around.
They’re lore tapes, like the tapes from Friday the 13th.
You get like 16 XP for nabbing them. But the big take away are the recordings and lore you get from it.
I personally like that they’re rare, it makes you want to play more and get them. Plus the surviving aspect just adds the intensity, haha. Only issue I had was there’s some bug where if you get it and leave successfully you don’t unlock the recording. However, playing on a private match by myself anytime I get one I have it every time I escape. 🤷🏻♂️
