I posted this on the bug forums, but I’m posting it here also for maximum exposure.
So you know how unlocking new stuff sometimes never gets rid of the icon that’s you’ve selected it? Well this is how to fix “most” icons from being stuck. It sadly only works on pieces that have multiple styles and colors.
- Go to customization/Appearance/Style/Color of the item vexing you.
- Hover over a COLOR selection to the left or right of the offending item.
- Now go to a STYLE selection above or below the offending item.
- Return to the STYLE selection of the offending item, you should now be one choice to the left or right.
- Return to the COLOR selection of the offending item.
- It should now update properly and will no longer be considered a new item.
- Breathe a sigh of relief if you’re as OCD as I am.
