Party chat works than game chat doesn't

I haven’t seen anyone posting this but I’ve been playing this game since launch and I’m LVL 100 and I have had no audio/hearing mic issues. I got my girlfriend into the game and I’m just a straight predator and she has played quite a bit of FT, she has also had no noticable audio/mic issues with FT. Now I’ve just started playing FT with my GF in a party and in game chat works fine in the menu, in the loadout selection and drop location (before a match starts) and even while in the chopper. But as soon as we start playing we can’t hear anyone, we see the mic icons pop up in the corner. But no one can hear no one. Only until my gf and I go and start a PlayStation party can we actually hear eachother the whole match. But when we get back to the menu after the game everything works again.

Please please please tell me we’re not the only ones with this bug. It makes it extremely hard to communicate with other FT members and it’s ruining the experience. Thank you

This sounds like a problem I have with smite, but I’d have to be in the party with yall to even try to guess what’s going on in your situation.

While I use game chat a lot in this game, youl notice in most games it’s not worth talking to ppl, cause most wont talk back, or are in a party themselves.

You talking only to your gf should be fine.
Hopefully someone can help you here, as for me I’d have to be with yall to try and take a guess.
