I tried verifying files and restarting the epic launcher and resigning in. Still the message… how can I get rid of it, or make sure I have it installed?

I put it in quotes. No error other than that. I can play but seems PC only.

It may sound stupid but have you tried restarting your modem and then launching?
staging_B25663_CL314343_Shipping_Client is the version from the epic launcher. Go to library and click the 3 dots under predator hunting grounds then you will see the version. My error message is the
“Patch 2.48 now available, restart your game to update to the latest version.”
that shows up in game. I noticed several people talking about the patch not applying and what to try to get it to work. So I thought I’d start this thread specifically about it.
I guess it doesn’t matter now. I just opened it today and everything is fine.
