If their finding a way to fo it consistently then yes that needs to be fixed.

The only ones that complained about melee are pathetic Pred players that were endlessly whining about Parry. If it wasn’t that then it was spotting and number of other fucking things. Which all got nerfed.
And, despite, all of those nerfs these type of pathetic players still have to rely on shit like this and exploits to succeed in this game.
So spare me your idiotic retorts. This kind of shit is going to deter players from playing the game. Nothing else. Which is fucking apparent since people don’t even want to wait to get reinforced and i don’t blame them. Why waste your time on an asshole when you can find a new match within a few seconds as Fireteam?!

Those plasma spammers are just sore losers who want play as Pred as it is intended because they would die immediately.
Or have you maybe considered that they’re maybe new players, who just have wrist blades and plasma as asenal.
Plus caster is the only functioning ranged weapon in the game worth a shit so…there’s that.

It’s almost like the FT damage output is insane and any smart pred would soften their targets up before attempting melee which is janky as all hell and one parry can spell out your doom.
Also gotta ask do all the people who complain about “plasma spamming” ever stop bullet spamming and instead switch to their knife and chase a pred down?

I play ft occasionally and instead of keeping on shooting I switch actually to the knife.
You switch to your knife for running to the objective or to chase after the pred while your teammate is being slaughtered instead of using your gun?
No, I help with the gun when a teammate is in danger. I rather meant I use the knife when Pred is targeting me. But I also second winded a Pred by using the knife on him as he was slashing a teammate.
Which is my point, you use the knife situationally. You’d use it only to run faster, or to parry a pred who’s using currently meleeing you, or to free a teammate from a net. You wouldn’t chase after them with it when they’re attacking a teammate or far away as that would be ineffective and can screw your teammate over and if you did catch them like that and 2nd winded them then they were just a potato pred.
You don’t just switch to your knife because you’ve used your guns too much or feel like you’re spamming bullets so why do preds get flak for the same behavior?
