I canāt get why they didnāt just add Fugitive instead, he has a far better design then just a Pred with human armorā¦

Because he went out like a bitch! Boba Fett had a better run than Fugitive! At least a player could imagine Emissary being cool. Him being a blank slate is better than the reality of Fugitives ignoble end.
Well, personally I find Fugitive pretty cool, he does some badass stuff (and has a decent design)
the problem is, as you say, that he get killed in a stupid and awful way.

Yeah fugitive was cool
Iām officially renaming him Boba Pred, because he had a sweet design, but went out like a punk.
