[PC] Can open Friend List/Achievement with Shift + F3 in-game

I don’t know when that started but currently I have no possibility to do the following mentioned above.

I’m maybe dumb. But I just remember that I’m on a notebook. Hence that I maybe need to use the Fn-Key as well with the Shift.
But to defend myself I haven’t opened to it in-game for quite a while now and probably just forgot about it.
