Watching a twitch stream just now and some guy named vanilla beast is just ranting and crying about not playing cross platform with filthy cheating pc players… claiming there are aimbots and predator bomb disarming hacks, this and that blah blah…
ive not heard a peep of cheats. Is he off his rocker or making legit claims ???

I’ve never stumbled upon one, but there have been a couple confirmed claims. No where near what PS4 wants you to believe, but they do exist. Its mostly just the excuse for losing.

I think it’s more pc players running on low settings. I think that’s the main thing happening.

I mean I think the main thing is since its easier to hack on pc ppl always assume that the case. But some ppl always think that others are hacking.

If players want to run shit on low to have an advantage in this game i don’t mind. Its casual enough and have you seen the fucking low settings lol makes my eyes want to bleed. If u gotta do that man respect playing a game looking like that in 2020. Id just as soon turn on a gamecube.
For real though i stopped playing bf5 shortly after it came out because i hated how low terrain settings just turned off all the high grass. People crawling around with no cover trying to be stealth. Pet peeve of mine games like that where using high setting puts you at a disadvantage.
Ps4 player cant even kill a pc player with hacks. What a scrub. /s
most hacking claims is becaus someone got beat and cant accept they are just better or themselves suck…
TINY amount of players actually use cheats. like 0.1-0.5%
BUT, using low settings and game exploits etc is higher amount. but that shit just needs patching out. macros need sorting by making a minimum time on things.
its also not entirely impossible for the devs to spread rumours just to get people chatting about it.because with most cheat programs made, often times they are spread throughout the internet like wildfire and not just some anonymous joe posting a selfmade ambiguous screenshot of files.
Take rumours like a grain of salt.
Look PC is just a lot easier to play than ps4. A lot of players on pc do tend to be better shots than console but this is not surprising at all as our mouse allows for more accurate and precise shooting, faster turning times, a lot more customization for sensitivity either through ingame options or just a dpi button on our mouse. The Predator Bomb is a literal joke it is so amazingly easy to disarm. The only times I and my friends have failed to disarm a bomb has been because of a bug (all the symbols moving insanely fast, not being able to interact with the bomb, the bomb ui just freezing etc). If you have disarmed the bomb enough times you can just easily disarm it in a matter of seconds. I strongly believe the twitch streamer you have seen is just crying because Predator is very under powered against half way decent PC players.
Is there hacks however? Of course there are. Its just like any other game whether it be PC or Console. This would be a very small percentage of the player base and the game even uses easy anticheat so its not like the developers have not protected themselves against them. I do agree however that there is probably a higher percentage of players simply playing the game on low settings but of course this is not always malicious as some pc players HAVE to run on low settings because their PC’s are not strong enough to run the game on a higher settings. But of course there are always those who will have it on low for an advantage but I believe the number is smaller than what you would think. If its a case of “oh how did he see me I am invisible?” it is incredibly easy to see a cloaked Predator even on the highest settings. Some players even have big 4K monitor displays which of course helps in spotting the Predator as well. That paired with a proper headset with surround sound it is incredibly easy on PC to be able to determine where a Predator likely is (even if they are standing still)
It also seems to me that some of you are under a wrong impression on how these cheats and hacks are used. A lot of you seem to believe it is just easier to hack on a PC and whilst yes if you have knowledge that is the case however the cheaters you often see on games are not actually creating these hacks themselves they are just buying them from websites that sell cheats for games. Not everyone in PC is a programmer.
I have to explain something about the PC mouse. It has worse issues. Now I dont own 200 dollar USB mouse that has 30000 DPI resolution, mine only has about 2000. I can tell you now, that it has HUGE aiming issues because of this alone. When zoomed in using a scope, there are MAJOR smoothing issues which make the aiming jump pixels. The only way to get around is to move strafe left and right using the AWSD controls.
So enough said about USB mice. So whether or not its hardware issue…i don’t know. It could even be the way the engine works.
For players on the mic… you won’t believe the amount of rage on the other end. Believe me you’d rather not want to be playing with older gents who just passively curses and manifests minor frustrations as serious mental health issues.
