not sure how common this bug is but my boyfriend is also getting it.
only happens on some classes
when i customise a class, play with it then come back after match the loadout has defaulted itself

Yeah, I’ve been having the same issue since launch. Only seems to apply to the predators, and mainly when you add a combi-stick when the preload doesn’t have one. The workaround for now seems to be finding a preload with the combi-stick (if you want to use it) and only alter the other slots.
It’s a build in feature from release.
