In combat, sometimes the game will not recognize a right click for aiming, but a left click would still fire the weapon.

I have same issues, right click doesn’t work sometimes and fire button also doesn’t work while I’m using gatling gun.

YES! I’ve been dealing with this since launch!
I even BOUGHT A NEW MOUSE because I thought it was an issue on my end, but it’s still there.
PC - Fireteam - I normally use Red Dot Sights. Don’t know if it is just an issue with the animation on that.

Issue with Fireteam guns on PC:
While using the Red Dot Sight on any gun, sometimes when you hit the Right Mouse button (to look down sights) the character does nothing. The animation to look down your sights does not happen and your character just stands there looking at the enemy.
It happens in private matches, solo offline matches as well as regular online matches. It will randomly occur throughout the match. Not every time, but enough to ruin some firefights. I’ve noticed an increase in occurrence if an object (like a tree branch) is right in front of the character before aiming.
It got so bad before the first patch that I bought a new mouse thinking that my buttons were broken. The problem is still there. After the latest patch I’m now also noticing that sometimes the gun just doesn’t fire as well.
I have been dealing with this issue since game launch. It has been recorded many times (via my stream).

There is swearing because this has been a big issue for me for a long time. I had to add a noise limiter to my microphone because people could hear me mashing the right button to try and get the sights to activate.
(This event isn’t even in a firefight. I’m trying to show something and have to push the button multiple times.)
(This is in the middle of a predator fight. The sights work at first, then after reloading and sprinting to chase it, you’ll see me have to hip fire because the button click did not register.)
*To try and replicate the issue, I’m noticing that I usually run everywhere (shift), reload often and use only red dot sights. Maybe it’s a combination of those things that cause the issue.
yeah the solution to this is to play full screen, for some reason windowed fullscreen right clicks wont register for 2-3 seconds sometimes, if your’re already fullscreen try windowed fullscreen

had to figure this out myself after 60 or so lvls from release day
Weird i didnt have that problem but first what i have done before played tutorial i checked options and changed bordeless for full screen
Funny thing in the minigun there isnt spinning button where in many others games i played there was option to spin barrels when i clicked or hold right mouse button.
I am curious why they didnt think to have button to spin barrels … already pulling out minigun you barely walk
Turns out I was playing on Windowed Fullscreen that whole time. I’ve changed the settings and will try it out tonight and let you know if the trick worked.
