That line is actually taken from Predator 2 when a child offers candy to the Predator while it’s cloaked, thinking it’s a ghost.
The Predator then continues to mimic the line and later repeated it before killing Jerry in the train.
It has no relevance to anything associated with pedophiles as it’s related to the franchise.
