There needs to be a penalty for quitters, Ft and Pred. Doesn’t need any explanation.

Yeah just remove the ingame quit match menu, so the rage quitters either sit out and watch or have to close app lol as fire team i hate when they quit because i could just bring them back with reinforcements but with predator i hate it because they deny me my skulls so yeah, remove the quit match menu ingame.

You cant stop players from leaving a match. I hate it too and would love a penalty for it like a time out.

I leave the game if 1 member escapes like a madman and doesn’t even wait for team… this probably means that he knows how to kill the predator himself and does not need the help of a team…
There’s already no xp when you quit but there should be a cool down time of like 5 or 10 minutes before you can play again if you leave and if you leave multiple matches in a row the cool down timer goes high like 10, 20, 30 minutes and so on.

This seems like the best solution to this for sure.
no penalty what if u crash etc? no fault of yours.
just remove the quit option so they must fully force quit the game and go through all the loading again etc. that should discourage it enough.

why? who cares, grind in this game is too short, so points is not a problem and i dont see to many DCs. DC penalty at noncompetetive game is dumb

Waiting 10+ minutes for a match to have pussies leave within 3 min is not enjoyable. A disconnect is one thing, and they know a disconnect by the coding. This is literally no different than the quitters that plagued Friday and ruined the lobbies until dedicated servers came in. Grind has nothing to do with it. It’s to help the games longevity. Can’t have people whining about load times but then quitting 2 min in because they die or just simply suck.

This wouldn’t affect disconnects as that would be detectable. This is simply for rage quitters.

Just NO. Thanks. Because right now “quiting” is the only way you can fight against cheaters/hackers/bug abusers. I meet more and more of them. As a Predator I had some “nice” games where I stay somewhere (on the tree or the roof - doesn’t matter) for like 5-6 seconds, cloaked and not moving. Not using thermal vision. Two or three of them look right at me, but can’t see me. Suddenly, the 4th player comes (PC player, of course), looks at my direction and… spots me. Instantly. Or just shoots at my head. What a miracle. I still can win, of course. But I don’t want to play with cheaters/bug abusers. Like I don’t want to put my hands in sh*t. So I just press the button “quit”.

I frequently have to leave matches due to freezes lately. Literally I have to close out the entire game.

Nooo! Not a time out! hahah i almost considered this for it too but its not like we need the que timers to go up even further cuz morons quit and get timed out :P Tho if the stability issues and all that get resotred then maybe the time out idea would actually be good… Im sure theres something that could be implemented too tho
If you punish people that leave, you will just encourage them to AFK in a corner, intentionally getting killed and so on. Better find a reason to have people sticking around or fix the reasons they leave instead of punishing people.
