People Hear have failed the community again BOW BUG

So lets face it, we all experienced the bow bug once in a while and we are talking primarily in HUNT matches. I’m sure it also always happens in Clash too.
Meaning you’re playing a public HUNT match as predator and the bow just sudden behaves without its charge up.

But here is the thing, everyone has failed to report it the way MOST devs understand how to interpret it.
Because not only do they not report what platform they are on, they also dont report how or when it happens.

Well here are a few things I found and hope will get your attention dev.

  1. Charge doesnt execute properly with FT on any platform.
  2. Charge does not happen ONLY when you’re in range of the FT. If you walk out of that range, maybe 30 meters, your charge works again. On the ground, at pigs,etc.
  3. I’m on PC. I can confirm it happens on PC.

I happen to experience this phenom 1/15 or so matches. I cant say if it happens with PS FT or PC FT included. But lets just say I DO play with crossplay on.

Ah, of course - it’s OUR fault the bow hasn’t been fixed! I mean, how are the Devs ever going to know it’s broken - it’s not as if they ever actually play test the Predator, let alone specific Pred weapons.

…of course the only other problem is they tend to ignore the forum anyway, but we’ll skip over that.

Its nonsense because i don’t always experience it yet I hear it commonly referred to the bug of memes. I swear 1/15 matches doesnt to me prove its should be a priority.

Well it’s definitely more than 1/15. I get the bug almost every game. (I use the bow in most of my builds.) now do I think it should be the most pressing issue? No I guess not. But considering it’s one of the 3 viable weapons against coordinated fireteams I understand the frustration in its being bugged to shit. Just out of curiosity and I promise I’m not trolling, what’s your thoughts on what should be priority atm?

Ya a game where recurring bugs take 3 months to fix.

Also it’s made by a triple A studio.

These things are harder to fix then they seem.

Fool I’m a plat console player with thousands of hours lol. I’m somewhat familiar with sieges bullshit. But even at that, these two games are not even comparable. This game isn’t even optimized to this day you literally can’t play clash on ps4 without it taking a shit

Fixing the bow should be Illfonic’s top priority right now, considering the fact that the bow is one of the best long range weapons that the predator has.

It’s almost like Illfonic just wants every predator player to just sit in the trees and use the plasma caster. First they nerf the plasma pistol and then the bow gets bugged. What’s next?

That’s gotta be the reason why this bugs been happening for 3+ months not because they have no idea how to fix it but because the community didn’t properly write down every single detail required to initiate a bug that seems to happen at random. Also I’m pretty sure @Weevo540 has already detailed this shit out pretty frequently so I call bullshit on this.

Another thing what about the audio bug that just happens when spawning in to a match? What can we possibly do about that when it happens as you spawn without having any control over it.

That’s been happening way longer than the bow bug, since Excavation released though it was fixed at first it came back and spread to every map.
