Busy and backlogged is a real thing, so the leadup to the holidays and now all of January has been unfun grind. That said, I think we’re getting back on top of things so I’m going to be poking my nose around here a bit more, until I get swamped again I guess :p

I figured being away and then coming back would indeed slow things down.
I do have a few things I want to ask.
Will the Predator be getting their own Specializations and weapon modifications? The community and I have been posting in the Feedback section a good bit, since FT got their Specializations, about these topic and more.
Now we know you guys like to keep things under wrap until the last moment, but we would like to know y’alls opinion on some of these suggestion we are putting out.

I’ll answer as best I can. To be clear, with Predator: Hunting Grounds, we have what’s effectively three companies with interest in this game (Developer, Publisher, IP Holder). I won’t talk out of sync from planned announcements because I’d need to get just way too many approvals and seeking these approvals would cause all sorts of rippling effects. It’s a fair thing, and even a good thing, to want more info about the game; I just have to follow the calendar that everyone has agreed to.
On the community requests: We’re aware of most-to-all of these requests (We’re not only on here, but digging through all of the other areas where people are talking about the game). Some community requests are quite possible, and some requests will never happen despite how popular they may be (Because we tested it and it sucked, it’s out of scope, etc etc). The reason I have to be cagey is that by working with people, internally some "No"s have been changed to “Yes”, but there have been times the pendulum has swung the other way. So we’ve only been talking about present features in our work, not ones that we hope to do.
In the end, that’s a long way of saying “Keep the requests/comments coming.” By no means can I guarantee a feature will be added despite the number of people requesting it, but I can guarantee feedback and requests (Here and elsewhere) are heard by the team and are considered.

I do appreciate this clarification. Even if you can’t directly answer an questions about the future of the game, your response has shed some light on a few things.
I do now wish more people knew about this information.

I have some questions… Will we possibly be seeing Mr. Black super predator since pretty common request as a next predator? When will we be getting a female only DLC predator since the last few have had male variations only? Will we be getting more ranged weapons for Predators? Will Predator specializations ever be a thing?

I think there are more important things that should be implemented before a fan favorite, that we all know is coming.
Like how FT can speedrun some missions to the point that the match only lasts for 2 minutes, or how camping during Last Man Standing doesn’t reveal you in Predator’s target isolation.

Why not both, main complaint people have right now is lack of more content that is substantial till next update. I mean it’s cool to check out, but after a week it’s stale again due to super long ques, rage quitting, and content is rather lacking feels like

I know they take time, but that is the hardest thing for the game is lacking substantial content to keep the game fun till next update. Longer wait periods require larger updates to make up for extra time waiting.
For example, if all we get is the new FT, Sniper, some shaders, Rocket launcher free and that be it people are going to be extremely pissed due to waiting 2 months to get this. People already aren’t happy that 3 FT’s in total got dropped with a bunch of FT content and Predator didn’t get anything

Possibly, but I personally don’t want it to be another game of too little too late. Some really great games over the years ended up dying out because of that and couldn’t make a comeback
