I mean, canā€™t they just change names? No more ā€œPredatorā€ , but ā€œPostdator: Hunting Groundsā€ ?

Look what Games-Workshop did: the term ā€œEldarā€ which they used for an alien space-elf army was copyright owned by J.R.R. Tolkienā€™s family.

So they just changed it into " Aeldari" and - Boom ! - worked wonders

Theres also the factor of asset in the game, cant really change some names and call it good, especially having Jungle Hunter 87 and City Hunter and there likeness, I mean companies sue if a piece of media looks somewhat similur to the actual character.

Most likely theyā€™ll lose and Disney will keep the rights we might lose the movie, the game and any wip projects but the Predator franchise wont die.

And in the best case scenario the movie will be still in, and the game will still be ailve, either way there gonna lose to Disney, so hopefully the lawsuit goes by fast and isnā€™t as long as Friday the 13th.

Jungle hunter to get pre-orders , dutch twice so we would think its a predator game , city hunter and elder .

Iā€™m no expert on legal issues , so I wonā€™t pretend I am , but I doubt this crept up on them? What has it been? Something like 9 months since anything movie related was added?

The last movie thing we had was City Hunter and that was back in July sooo yeahm

We have only had 3 movies chars

Dutch (I count both) Jungel Hunter, and City Hunter,

The rest are all original creations beside Dante.

Uh huh , its been 4 skins . Elder was added as level 150 reward . So even the level cap hasnā€™t been raised in like 9 months. Sounds like they have known for some time

Nope and thats desperately needed havenā€™t played since February.

And so far 1 new mode and 1 new map, the amount of ā€œcontentā€ is pathetic, but if the lawsuit was in effect for awhile it makes sense.

There wonā€™t be they didnā€™t offer refunds for Friday so highly doubt they will for this especially since profit wise its a failure.
