I would like to replace my old graphics card from 2017 with a newer one from either before 2019 - AMD RX 5700XT or now the new 2020 - RTX 3070. But I don’t know which will be the best choice? I would like to play this game with better FPS up and in high to highest possible screen quality at least in Full HD 1080. Can you please tell if you have already had some experience or own them at home which will be the best choice?

I’m funny? Ok…I’m not the one asking about two graphics cards. I’m good with my rig. I have more than enough hardware to run this game smoothly.
So you don’t have to deal with almost any hardware on your console, maybe from two variants / PS4 Slim or PRO or PS5 other variations /. But it is different with a PC. There, the performance of each component is addressed. With the console, the games work for you without any HW requirements. If you meet it. So it doesn’t have to be the just mentioned pieces of models that I mentioned here. It can be others. I just thought they came to me as the best choice. And the one who has them can talk about them as much as I can expect from them.

Well the only gpu that currently runs this game on like 60 fps at 4k max settings would be RTX 3090
This game is way too unoptimized, sorry to say that but u should just move on and find a new game to play… the devs are dogshit worst devs…
Ive seen others struggle to keep 60 fps on 1080p lol… and i doubt there are many who have overkill pcs to play this game…
Oh and… im pretty sure u would need like a liquid nitrogen to keep your pc from not overheating in this game… doubt even a supercomputer can run this game on 144 fps
So I’ll go for that Nvidia RTX 3070 she’s just as much more powerful than the AMD RX 5700XT and RTX 2080. At least I’ll be able to use it more effectively in other games than this one with better fps. Even 8 core PCs are not enough for this game. With 6x cores I would really give it up. Maybe on the newer ryzen5 3700x which I plan to buy in the future and build a new PC. There, maybe I could play this game even better than I do now. I really would like a more stable FPS not that the fps runs just fine on some passages. And on others, the drops in FPS are pretty low that it’s unplayable. So there aren’t many of them in this game. I believed that the released updates to this game would help improve the performance of the whole game. But so far it doesn’t look like a better performance for the future :-/
I keep the game running while I am at work to heat my room. Works great!
