You can turn the hud off in options.
I use a 10x and a 4x(I think) scopes on weapons and take screenshots on my ps4pro.
They turn out great :)
Takes a decent amount of time to get the right angle and figuring out lighting situations :)

I dont have videos of me taking the photos, but I stream on Twitch and occasionally just take random photos.
Buddies and I plan shoots occasionally to make their preds look really dope!
