Pig Eating Cancellation is not working

So it turns out the ability to cancel feeding on pigs was actually patched in since Patch 1.0…

But it never really functioned as it should had as no one can do this…for the past year

Well, at least we know now that the feature was always supposed to be there and hopefully this can be truly patched in the game. I send this report to any of the devs to check out and hopefully fix up soon enough. Just glad to do my part for everyone. I am not sure if I should ping @Kassinaillia for this but I just do just in case for this one time, don’t want to be too much of a bother. Either way, thank you for reading this and hope this gets fixed soon! Cheers

Honestly, I was just as surprised. Its one of those things where Illfonic did add something people asked for a while now, but it just didn’t function that it might as well not be there. But at least now if they see this, it becomes more likely to be fixed now.

This is old news sadly, noticed this feature was “patched” at the beginning but was never actually implemented, posted about it a few times but never got a response

Really now? This I never knew. Well at least now with this new mod, maybe something will get passed to them. That’s just my hope.

Oh and @Kassianaillia, I almost forgot, that in addition to the fix of the cancellation, the perk Medic should also effect pig eating too, as it is a healing mechanic just as well. Thank you again.

Bro nothing in this game gets fixed. I used to post more bug reports than anyone. None of them were ever dealt with. They say they were in the patch notes, but they’re not fixed. So I just stopped. It’s not worth your time.

It would be cool if we had an added perk for the Predator that let us eat the A.I.

Seems like the fixed the pig eating cancellation. Dumb luck or luckily I helped pointing it out, either way, its fixed now! No trapped ambushes for me!

To Illfonic devs, thanks for fixing this honestly, glad to see this be done!
