It is very annoying. FT guns can break branches but the plasma caster can’t lol.

No FT weapons stop on branches too, it’s just hard to notice with automatic weapons, switch to the SAWZ and you will notice it instantly
I think it depends on the type of branch, because there is an achievement on PS4 that tells you to destroy 100 branches as fireteam
You get the pruning trophy for breaking any foliage in the trees, you can destroy it with pred as well but it’s almost always unintentional and because the PC didnt register the tiny sprig in its targeting line

Yeah, I never had that problem with the plasma cannon, but trying to shoot up at a predator with a sniper, yeah, I notice it hitting nothing.
On the derailed map, there is a tree near the crashed train that you can’t shoot of off. It has an invisible wall all around it that you cant shoot through.
