Plasma caster reticle bug 1.10 - Public Match PC

This bug persists in 1.10
the reticle does not get smaller as plasma is charged like in private matches.

The plasma caster triangle reticle does not animate in public matches. this works fine in private.The frames of the triangle being extra large when canceling the plasma shot is specific to the public match version and part of the bug most likely. it is the same with all classes. this has been around since 1.06. the first video is the reticle animating and getting smaller the longer you hold left click as it should in private. the second video is it bugging out and not animating in public. 100%…
