Just a thought but could the caster be changed so it’s a permanent ability like the cloak or TV and not a weapon that needs to be equipped each time to you.
For instance if you have a melee weapon equipped or wrist blades, just pulling the left trigger will aim it. It’s been a feature on most of the other predator/avp games and might aid with the irritating item wheel we have.
