Non-Directional Pick damage from the PP that encourages the FT to burn resources, while the Smart Disk (admittedly slower than I’d like), acts as an excellent harassment tool that only the best fireteams will be able to use to track your position.
People calling for buffs to these items aren’t necessarily using them to their most effective level, I feel. Anyone else been able to make good use of them?
These are my go to weapons for my scout class, I do think the disc needs a duration buff though and to not disappear from the map but other than that it’s great. I use the pistol when I want to be stealthy and up close or if my PC is overcharged, and I use the disc close range around corners to get those who like stay indoors.
The buff people want, I admit I don’t like the tool but thats because of its control/operations.
If they smooth it out, that will feel like the buff people want.
Also side note, I want the AVP/AVPR shuriken at least as a skin.
Honestly the Shuriken needs to be its own weapon. Melee-thrown hybrid, but with the added utility of pinning prey to walls. I think it would be pretty fun to see.

But it needs to have that speed spinning and humming sound too. It cant be a slow rotating animation. Therea no point then.
If I’m not mistaken that shuriken is just another type of smart disc. I remember using it a lot in predator concrete jungle. It should just be a skin imo but a rare one like the ones for the FT knife.
Wolf in AvP Requiem makes use of it in an entirely different fashion to how City Hunter uses the Smart Disk in Predator 2. I see no reason that they’d be the same weapon.
Hey If they can make it work without taking away the roles of the net gun or smart disc then I’m all for it otherwise I say make it a rare skin.
