Plasmacaster broken since patch

I’ve been encountering significant issues with the plasmacaster since the last patch. The video above illustrates some of those issues. I’ve encountered delayed fire, not firing, and firing wildly to the side off target.

I personally haven’t experienced this issue but as a pred main I feel your pain and hope to not ever.
