Players leaving after 1 kill

So I’ve noticed if I kill a fireteam member , sometimes the whole team just leaves. I feel as if this may be because fireteam searches for games are so short, so if they get angry they can just leave without a second thought. This is no fault of the developers you can’t help it, toxic people will play any game you make but perhaps we can have a bonus pay out of Vertanium per person that leaves the game? Anything at all to not make it absolutely punishing. Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Huh, I myself have never encountered FT players leaving, but I guess they think they no longer stand a chance with one less person, Or you bumrush beserker with combi stick. But I’m guessing they think they don’t have a chance. Love the idea of getting bonus stuff If they leave tho! Or perhaps they lose a BIG chunk of money and no xp. or a strike system, 3 strikes and you get a temporary ban. Just some ideas :d!

I’ve actually only used a berserker twice, I prefer the hunter I have better luck that way. Don’t get me wrong I suck as pred and I know it but occasionally I’ll get lucky.

Bonus ingame currency sounds good, but a temporary ban for rage quitting is probably an even better solution.

If they leave, they gotta wait 30 minutes.

Ive been playing predator only, have great settups for all classes But I prefer beserk for the health, I don’t bumrush. I carefully get rid of my prey one by one, I have pictures of having over 6FT kills but the site wont let me upload them due to their size e.e.

Yeah, that will discourage them of ragequitting and losing time getting xp and stuff.

And waiting 10+ mins to play a predator for a game that’s barely ten minutes is unheard off man

10m+, weird. I get In my matches within 7, usually 6 or 4 minutes.

Idk I’m from cali and they get stupid long all tho I get full rooms but still. The wait doesn’t justify the length of these matches.

That’s good you don’t wait but there’s other who don’t have that luxury. This really needs to be looked into. I’m doubting its cause everyone wants to play predator either that’s causing this

Hm, I know about some really short matches, but a great way to make it longer Is to move from branch to branch shooting plasma caster, cloak not needed if you’re quick. That will usually make them enter buildings wich you can try shoot inside and per hit giving your awesome xp. Had a match yesterday with 3m left on the timer. Got myself 11k xp and 7 FT kills.

My gripe is a less stronger plasma shot doesnt kill a down enemy shouldn’t have to charge up again you what I’m saying.

I understand and fully aware, but we just got to wait for the balancing patch coming soon. I seriously hope they actually fix waiting times and give pred some nice buffs that he deserves.

So I know it’s anecdotal and we all have different experiences, but me and my squad have found when the pred tries this, just hopping around plasma caster spraying, we either drop him out the tree in second wind within 10 seconds because the EBR is an absolute monster (we all run it) or he gets the one hit he needs, the direct full charge, downs one person and starts to snowball. It seems like a toss up of an option

Seems to work for me most of the times. And if they shoot you way to easely just get on a rock that has decent cover and shoot from there. I don’t lose alot using small tactics like this. I damage them overtime making them use up their healings and when they try to revive someone I simply go back to shooting.

Also the weapon switch is straight ass it needs to be tighter like doom eternal minus the slow time down

I must agree, the weapon circle sucks. It needs to be switchable way faster.

Ever use the long leap but end up on a branch lmao or try to leap on the tree but end up missing it like a field goal kick 🤣🤣🤣
