Recently, I’ve noticed a LOT more players leaving the match before the game is over. Some of this could be attributed to salt, I suppose, but what’s the main reason? Do you think it’s because “losing out” on the xp for sticking around really doesn’t matter once you’re 100? Has anyone else noticed this lately?

Yeah man, i think its exactly stuff like that, or they die when reinforced and they dont wanna spend 7 min watching the rest and get the awards.

i do leave games that in my opinion are game over i see no point in staying longer if the pred wrecks your team and thy are half of time clueless players there is no gain in staying in the game for if you reached level cap and there is no salt involved for me the game could use a good content drop to keep us motivated to play past a level cap its lost time and you wont get punished for leaving a game early so i do not see a point why i wont leave if i gain noting bud loose time in staying
There are some real reasons even past lvl100 (but even at lvl100- you still have tons of XP needed to upgrade weapons) but mainly bitterness.
Like reinforcing a team only to die yourself.
I’ve seen a few players leave right after seeing them in the Pre-screen.
Some I get the feeling they are playing like a true BOT plays - like not resuscitating members, not taking ammo, health or furthering the game by doing objectives.
Staying in a corner while 3 FT members die and not bothering to reinforce…
I almost have never left a game unless suddenly I players leave and i’m left with 1 other FT member. Its not a good game by any means when that happens.
You pretty much hit the nail on the head- I’m level 100 and if I join a game and see my team avoiding working together- trying to run apart as much as possible, and just being generally bad I’ll leave. Sometimes it takes up to 5 minutes to find a FT game for me, I’m not wasting my time watching a team that I know is going to get wiped in the same 5 minutes it would take me to find a new lobby.
you miss out on the veritanium too so… but these people are dead due to their own mistakes within the first few mins of the match so i guess they have not actually collected any or really earned any so…
But i think its just a influx of noobs that have just got the game and dont like to lose. Iv noticed children playing a lot recently and they dont know what they are doing.
They should just remove the option to leave IMO, then people would have to literllay force quit the game and then go through all the loading again. that will discourage quitting.
I also leave if my bomb is defused.
No use in seeing how some bastards mostly beat me thanks to game bugs because I couldn’t quick claim or my Predator got STUCK(which happens a lot often since the patch).
Also, if a FT really did their best and beat me fair and square, I’ll still leave if the bomb is defused, there is no bigger humiliation for the Predator than to let the the tech and body be retrieved so I somewhat “deserve” to get jack shit.
