Isnt that true of all the game where you ‘defeat’ something. Sometimes they give you a back story to make you feel bad, at other times you’re just ‘defeating’ things you don’t know anything about simply to, um…level up 😂

Not too long ago I was watching a walkthrough of Indiana Jones and Emperor’s Tumb (or one of those Indie games). As I was watching it kinda dawned on me how many people he killed. And it wasn’t that someone told him to do it. It was his own self-righteous quest. Those baddies perhapa had families too, rushing their lives every day just to take care of them. And indie was like, ‘i gotta have they artifact’ or 'this will be worth a pretty Penny’s or so other clever one-liner. No remorse whatsoever
