After the second down, you can do these things to FT. Well at least stealth kills. The combistick has its own special finisher (I am told, I do not normally use it). Being reinforced resets it.
You can normally net pin them to the wall, it just is not a finisher. I have arrow pinned a FT to the wall before, so that is possible. Good chance net is as well.
