So I play PC and I started playing with the XBOX controller. I was doing ok I guess, but one day I said “screw it, I’m gonna give KM a try”. Since I only play as FT I quickly realized how the aiming and tracking are 10X better with a mouse than any controller. But my problem is that I still can’t get used to playing with the keyboard. So I play with the controller on my left hand and mouse on my right one. Is this weird or what? I did some remaps to my mouse so I can use it to aim, shoot, reload, switch weapons, knife, use gear, and even jump. I do pretty good, I would say I’m above average and I continue to improve. I would say I win 9/10 matches regardless of how the lobby is mixed, but I have to say when I lose 9/10 is a PC pred.

Try using a PS3 Navigation Controller in place of keyboard.

Thats sounds interesting. Tbh I never heard of such controller. I stick mainly to PC products.
Not weird at all. I’m used to play with controllers. when I got this game I couldn’t play in the room with my wife, so I had to go to the living room and play with one. Got so used to it that it was hard to switch to K&M. So yeah, I did exactly that for a few days.
Eventually remapped everything to something that works for me. A multi-button mouse really helps a lot.

I thought I was some kinda weirdo but I guess I’m alright. I’m thinking of getting a new mouse with more buttons and one that I can be more comfortable with, this one feels too small and I miss a lot specially when trying to jump or parry.
Not weird, I’ve wondered about controller and mouse before, haven’t tried it but it sounds like the best of both worlds.
